At Princeton Pike Coffee & Tea Co., we offer a full refund on your first coffee order if you're not satisfied—no questions asked and no need to return anything. For subsequent orders, returns are not accepted unless the order is damaged. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. Orders are shipped via Priority/First Class USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders are subject to USPS international rates, and tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
